Innovating
against infection
Implants That Deliver More.
Infection remains one of the most persistent and challenging complications in fracture care.
Each year, thousands of patients with open, high-energy fractures develop infection — a serious complication that can delay bone healing, prolong recovery, and increase the need for additional procedures. In severe open tibial fractures, reported infection rates may reach as high as 40%1,2,3.
Traditional orthopedic implants stabilize fractures but are not designed to prevent infection. In the absence of a dedicated solution, surgeons often rely on improvised or staged approaches to administer local antibiotics. These methods can introduce variability, increase procedural complexity, and contribute to inconsistent outcomes and preventable complications.

The Reselution™ Tibial Intramedullary Fixation System is designed to address this challenge by combining definitive internal fixation with sustained, local antibiotic delivery in a single procedure.
- Built for Strength
Titanium nail body engineered for load-bearing definitive fixation and reliable fracture stability.
- Single-Stage Design
Integrates fixation and local antibiotic delivery within one procedure — eliminating the need for staged antibiotic delivery approaches.
- Therapy at the Core
Internal reservoir designed to provide sustained local antibiotic release for over six weeks.*
- Workflow Compatibility
Designed to integrate into standard intramedullary fixation techniques, reducing reliance on improvised and time-consuming methods.
*Based on preclinical data. Duration and release profile observed in bench and/or animal testing; clinical performance has not yet been established.
About Us
Reselute is developing therapeutic implant technologies that integrate structural support with precision drug delivery at the core.
Our Vision is to expand what implants can do in patient care — beginning with fracture management.
